WE HAVE NEW ARRIVALS NEEDING FUREVER HOMES
Greetings my future furever home! My name when I raced was KB's Pep Talk, Peppy for short. My foster family likes to call me Pep Pep or Peppy Pep.
I'm three years old and I ran 77 races at various tracks. I'm a little shy usually when meeting new people but I did really good at the Meet & Greet at Hollywood Feed. I'm a smaller male greyhound weighing in at a lean 65 pounds. In my spare time I like to nap and play with toys, squeaky toys are the best. I also like to cuddle with not one, but two cuddlepillars. I steal them when the girl houndies aren't looking (ha ha).
I'm very laid back and quiet and I don't get on furniture or counter surf. Foster Mom usually tucks us all in around 9pm and she usually wakes us up at 5:30am, I like to sleep in my crate most of the time. When Foster Mom opens the gate and comes in the living room, I get so excited and happy to see her. I give her my big smile and wag my tail. I have the best smile you ever saw and an overbite that is cuteness overload. I am potty trained and I do my business and I come right back in, I don't dawdle.
I love to have my ears rubbed and I'll do a little dance if you scratch in front of my tail. My house has hardwood floors and tile, I was kinda slippery and scared at first, but now I'm a pro. I like my two teenage human foster brothers but I'm uneasy around little people and cats. One night the girl houndies spent the night away and I was fine all on my own so I'm okay if there are no other pets in the home.
One last thing, I love treats and I always eat the dollop of coconut oil that Foster Mom puts in our food first. And one more last thing, Foster Mom says to say, "Don't pass this guy up! He is so sweet and loveable."
