Flying Luigi

It's Luigi time!  I am a very sweet young guy, and I can't wait to find myself a home where I can raid the toy box every day and lay somewhere soft and cozy.

My foster home has a lot of medium-sized scruffy dogs that I am happy to play with--but honestly, I am just as happy being on my own for the most part.  They don't really let me around cats though ... they are a bit too tempting.  I do really like to be with my foster humans though and am happy to vocalize my disdain when they make me be without them.

Actually... I just like to talk a lot period!  Thankfully my fosters (dogs and humans) think it's a lot of fun and join in with me.  I really like to play with toys!  Which apparently is pretty rare in Greyhounds?  In particular, I really like balls and anything that makes a weird noise--those are extra fun.  My other favorite activity is having a quick romp around the yard--just a few circles around the yard and I am one content boy!

Walks are also a ton of fun, and I would love to give a thing called hikes a try too--but we don't do that much here since I get to look at all the pastures instead.

I am currently in a house with all hardwood floors, and I don't have any problems getting around--stairs are okay but definitely not my favorite things to deal with.  I have really long legs (apparently just like my namesake--whatever that means), so it makes it pretty easy to sniff whatever I want and I like to stick my small needle nose wherever I want.  So be warned!

I also like a chance to pass out on the sofa or maybe even a bed, just something big enough to contain my long legs.  I am definitely still a teenager, so boundaries are still being learned--but the positive side is that I am a bit more active than the "average" grey.  I really just want some humans to love on, and understand that maybe I like to do things a little bit different than all the old-timers.  Overall though I think I am bound to make the right family very happy, and can't wait to get on to my new forever home!!
